Hi, I’m Sanskriti Khare 👋

- a 3rd year Psychology Honours student at Christ University,Bangalore, specializing in Clinical and Counselling Psychology. I’m passionate about blending psychology with advocacy, research, and creative mediums to make mental health more accessible and sustainable.
Through my academic journey, internships, and leadership roles, I’ve been exploring how psychological concepts can create real-world change -whether through research, clinical exposure, or initiatives aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).This website is a space where I bring together my work, ideas, and initiatives, while also sharing blogs that reflect my growth as a student and as an aspiring mental health professional.

About Me

Education: Currently pursuing B.Sc. (Hons.) Psychology at Christ University. (Third Year).
Electives: Clinical & Counselling Psychology — my core interests lie in understanding human resilience, psychopathology, and therapeutic practices.
Values: Empathy, resilience, collaboration, and creativity.

Psycho-Oncology – Empirical study on knowledge, attitudes, and practices around cancer; presented at NCPO 2025, AIIMS Delhi.
AI in School Psychology – Research on how artificial intelligence is shaping school psychology practices; presented at APSPA 2025, Goa.
Psychological Resilience of Dog Rescuers – Qualitative study on dog rescuers in Bangalore.
